Aim: Improve students’ problem solving skills, leadership skills and collaborative skills
Through interactive icebreaker activities, we help Form 1 students get to know each other, promote teamwork and the development of observational skills, and enhance trust and cohesion among classmates. The instructor will guide the students in sharing and reflecting on their experiences, discussing the observational skills and teamwork lessons they learned during the activities. This not only helps Form 1 students build friendships in a relaxed atmosphere but also lays a solid foundation for future class activities.
The purpose of this themed activity is to enhance trust, collaboration, and team spirit among students. Before the activity begins, the instructor will engage with the students in a discussion, emphasizing the following themes:
- Communication / Observation / Division of Labor
- Students need to learn how to communicate effectively, observe the needs of others, and divide tasks reasonably to achieve goals.
- Group Goals / Leadership Skills
- Establish group goals and encourage students to demonstrate leadership skills by guiding other members.
- Problem-Solving Skills / Resilience
- Students need to face challenges and develop problem-solving abilities and resilience.
